Jim, our step-on tour guide, was born in Jamesport, a late 1800s community that time seems to have left untouched. He shares his knowledge of living among the largest old-order Amish settlement west of the Mississippi River. The two-and-a-half hour tour takes you through an Amish farmhouse, stables and farm. An Amish gentleman explains how and why the Amish live as they do, without electricity, cars, et cetera.
