Join the park naturalist for an adventure in the Gans Creek Wild Area of Rock Bridge State Park. Hike through the woodlands to see the fall colors, to take-in the vistas from the bluff tops, to explore two small caves (optional) and to walk on the gravel bars of Gans Creek with bluffs towering above. Learn how parts of nature are connected and make our lives richer. Most of the 2.5-mile hike will be on a trail; however, some will be off-trail following the creek. You may encounter a few inches of water, so waterproof boots are suggested . . . or, just get your feet wet. This event is free.
