Two trailheads serve 30-mile Eleven Point River Trail. The trail is popular as an equestrian trail. It's tough to cover the whole trail in one day, even on horseback so allow plenty of time.

Nearly 80 miles of ATV, motorcycle and mountain bike trails, winding in and out of deep, forested hollows and down long ridge tops. Situated about four miles southwest of Chadwick. Area contains a 12 square mile chunk of rough national forest land in Ozark country. Camping facilities close.

An approximately one-hour hike along a creek-bed, over rough rocks, takes you to this Missouri conservation area and the natural bridge.

The white water area of the St. Francis River, both lovely and exciting. Water cascades over a historic dam at the abandoned silver mine and 200-foot bluffs loom over the one-mile scenic hiking trail. There is a one-mile long trail along each side of the river. From Turkey Creek Picnic Area, a 1.2 mile trail to the north leads to Millstream Garden Conservation Area, managed by the Missouri Department of Conservation.
66 campsites with 9 double sites and 1 is a group site, each with table, lantern post and fire ring. Some site have electrical hookups available and some sites support RV and trailers up to 40 feet in length. Drinking Water and Vault Toilets are centrally located. Two picnic areas each containing 5 picnic units, each with picnic table and grill.

Thirteen miles south of Rolla on the Little Piney River. A picnic area, pavilions, hiking trails and camping. Two trails and the creek; a Wild Trout Management area; and a shady overlook that's a favorite wedding spot.

More than 550 miles of the Missouri River from the Iowa border to St. Louis. Using the Web site, paddlers can view maps, determine access sites and browse tools for planning a trip on the historic river.

An 11-mile paved trail along the Mississippi River, between the Gateway Arch and the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge. Plazas, parking, signage, artwork and drinking fountains are scattered along the route. Bike rentals are available from the kiosk below the Gateway Arch, open extended hours on Tuesday evenings. Trailnet hosts the a nighttime Riverfront Trail Rides every Tuesday, May-August. The two-mile (round-trip) trail takes you through the 12-acre vineyards to Bull Rock Historic Site, beside the Missouri River. This site was annotated in Lewis and Clark’s journals. The trail begins at Native Stone Winery, on Route 179, just north of Jefferson City. Special hours available for school, scout other youth groups.

This eight mile round trip trail runs along Hale Lake Road and Route DD on the south side of Warrensburg. The trail is paved, with slight hills.

A one-mile walking trail runs along the Roubidoux River from Waynesville Park to Laughlin Park. There are pavillions, restrooms, playground equipment, easy river access and a spring fed cave.
