Past Event
Built in 1880, the Journey Stagecoach will be on display on the circle drive on the west side of the West Plains Civic Center during the hours of the Sunshine Festival which is part of the Eclipse West Plains: Party in the Path. Cowboy Rick Hamby will be on hand to discuss the historical significance of the stagecoach.
Even though this stagecoach is ‘only’ 144 years old, it is the kind of transportation that was being used the last time there was a Total Solar Eclipse in West Plains which was in 1869!
