Roaring River State Park offers lodging accommodations for everyone’s taste.
The Emory Melton Inn and Conference Center, located on a hill near the entrance of the park, is an impressive stone and timber lodge that welcomes people to the valley. The inn offers 26 spacious and comfortable guest rooms, some with private balconies and a view of the river valley below. In addition to the guest rooms with standard amenities, the inn offers kitchenette suites. Wi-Fi is available in the inn’s lobby and meeting rooms. This building also houses the park restaurant.
In the center of the park is the historic CCC Lodge, which dates to the 1930s and offers seven guest rooms. This newly renovated three-story building features modern amenities but retains the feel of the early 20th century.
There are also 26 rustic cabins scattered throughout the park. Each cabin and housekeeping unit has a kitchen and two bedrooms. Dogs are allowed in a limited number of cabins for an additional fee.
During your stay at Roaring River State Park, you can enjoy trout fishing, hiking, picnicking and a variety of nature programs.
