The Audrain County Historical Society Museum is located within the 11-acre Robert S. Green Park. There, visitors find the antebellum Graceland Museum (1857 – on the National Registry of Historical Places), the American Saddlebred Horse Museum (1970), a Country School (1903) and the Prairie View Christian Church (1889).
“Fire Brick” was the most significant industry and employer in Audrain County during the 20th century. With the decline in the industry, the Fire Brick Museum was added to the museum complex in 2008, to honor the significance of the industry and the employees that made it possible.
