This four-story stone and brick water-powered mill dates to around 1867. The 140-foot Burfordville Covered Bridge crosses the Whitewater River, which powered the mill. Both structures are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The site also features a day-use area with picnic tables and grills.
Visitors can explore the mill’s first floor and basement on a free self-guided tour or see the entire building on a paid guided tour. Tour times and fees are listed on the official website.
