Get adventurous and explore the natural beauty of Cameron Cave in a guided tour of one of Missouri’s newest show caves. Cameron Cave, along with Mark Twain Cave, is one of the few maze caves in North America and hosts 490 passages within its depths. It was discovered by Archie Cameron in 1925, has been preserved in its natural state ever since, guests will get to experience the wild cave by flashlight (flashlights provided) in an easy 90 minute walking tour. Tours for Cameron Cave are available seasonally (Memorial Day – Labor Day).
Cameron Cave is part of the Mark Twain Cave Complex located 3 miles south of Hannibal on Route 79. Tours for Cameron depart from the Main Building at the Complex. Mark Twain Cave, The Hannibal Tour Company’s Hannibal Tour, Cave Hollow Winery, and Mark Twain Cave Campground are also located on site.
