Featuring Texas-style barbecue, City Butcher and Barbecue got its start as a popular farmer’s market stand. The butcher shop and restaurant now has two locations and a food truck at Mother’s Brewing Company in Springfield.
The menu offers succulent, smoky brisket – their best seller – as well as pulled pork, burnt ends, pork belly, brisket chili. Sides include smokehouse beans and jalapeno cheese corn.
