Our Swiss distiller relies on tradition to create these exceptional spirits…small copper pot stills, patience with fermentation, and handcrafted excellence from beginning to the very end when the cork is put into place.
The smooth nature of these unaged spirits comes from a dedication to the art of small-batch distilling. For our brandies, only the freshest whole fruit is used in mashes – no added sugars, essences, or flavors. With our bierbrands, we use fresh beer brewed by Urban Chestnut Brewing Company in St. Louis, MO to create our flavorful beer spirits. And for our brand new gin, Urban 6-Row New World Gin, we feature a barley base with 15 botanicals carefully balanced to offer a spirit as perfect for sipping as it is to use in a cocktail.
