This family-owned and-operated, now in its third generation, is a long-standing eatery supplying BBQ and other casual American fare aboard a vintage passenger rail car.
The railroad car is especially a fun place to dine for children and railroad enthusiasts. The main floor of the restaurant is adorned with memorabilia from the Sedalia area. The restaurant itself has a long history as it was originally a car-hop style drive-in then converted to a sit down.
They continue to serve root beer in frozen mugs with unlimited refills. Their menu has a big selection to choose from and a multitude of potato choices. The curly fries are a side that fills a platter, so you better go hungry!
