The Missouri State Museum is located inside the Capitol. There are two galleries on the main floor. The displays cover the state’s cultural history and natural resources, as well as Missouri’s military veterans and its historic figures. Visitors are free to roam the museum at their own pace. Free guided tours of the Capitol are available.

The museum also offers a variety of educational resources that can be used during a visit or in a classroom setting.
