This park is home to two spectacular show caves: Onondaga Cave and Cathedral Cave, the former of which is a National Natural Landmark. Tours of both caves are offered seasonally.
The park also features Meramec River access, camping, scenic hiking trails, a lake, picnic sites and two shelters. It is located 7 miles southeast of Interstate 44 on Route H.
Admission to the park and visitor center is free; fees are charged for cave tours. Much of the park is ADA compliant, but the caves are not wheelchair accessible. Pets are allowed outside but not in the caves.
